1 Year
It is my 1 year wedding anniversary! Wow, time goes by fast. A lot has happened since this time last year. There has been a lot of change that I can't say was fun, but I wouldn't change anything. It has been a wonderful growing experience and we are a stronger team for it! And don't get me wrong, we have had wonderful times, too!
I love you, Justin!

Good Weekend
This has been quite the weekend! On Saturday I went to a job interview for a little shop called The Queen Bee. Fingers crossed that I get it! I think I would be really happy working there.
Also, on Sunday we had a little engagement party with our parents and siblings that was fun because we have never hosted a party and we held it at the apartment. I strung up Christmas lights from the ceiling and we had delicious homemade lasagna, salad, french bread and for dessert we had brownies and Success Cake!
For the first time in a long time I am feeling excited and happy about wedding plans instead of anxious, stressed, overwhelmed and cranky! (elopement, please?)
Although deciding to have an elopement (although not in the true sense. I think we would send out announcements and it wouldn't be secret or anything) would be so nice. But I feel happy about what we are planning also.

Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas to everyone! I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas!
This year I received some awesome gifts (although not all will be in this post, because some are at home and some are at the apartment) buuuuut, here are some that I have with me right now...
An awesome how-to book on vintage tea parties. It also has a ton of really yummy looking recipes! Super looking forward to this.
The Mighty Boosh complete series!!! I am really excited about this. I am hoping Justin doesn't regret this purchase, haha!
And then the biggest gift of all! Justin proposed to me!!! (I know this isn't news to anyone reading this blog, because I told you first (Erin, Chelsea, Mom and Justin) buuuuut, I still was excited to post pictures. (from my new camera!!)

I now pronounce you...
My friend/neighbor got married this past week, I was the bridesmaid. And I definitely definitely do not want to get married in a long time.
BUT WHEN I DO...
I waaaaant very classic things. Like black and cream as the colors. And big band/frank sinatra kind of music playing. (although I might throw in Tequila and do the Pee Wee Herman dance as my second song, doohoohoo!)
OR I might just get eloped, then demand gifts when I get back.
hmmmm....
