1) i like them all! pics and fonts! 2) I like the current one, and the bottom two...I can't decide between the bottom two. I like the font placement on #2, I like the color/zoom on #3... Also, maybe i'm just in a different light now, but the blog background is good. Still a little wide, but I don't have a widescreen, either.
Out of all of the banners (including the continuation post) I really like #3 the best. The color in it is really good, his face is more distinct, and I really like the font placement.
